Rickie Fowler says he knows he can win this weeks Phoenix Open in Arizona after posting a three-under 68 during the second round at TPC Scottsdale. Having struggled in the tournament over the last couple of years, the world No 4 believes he is playing well enough to finish the weekend with his second win of the year.Ive been playing well, Fowler said.
